🔄 365-Day Easy Returns

We offer a generous 365-day return window. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have up to a full year from the date of delivery to return it for a refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:

Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or smell of laundry detergent will not be eligible for a refund.

📋 How to Initiate a Return

Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship with Tracking: Use a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection & Refund: Once our team receives and inspects the item, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Important Information & Exceptions

Personalized/Custom Jerseys: Jerseys with custom names, numbers, or special patches cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Team/Player Changes: We cannot accept returns based on player transfers, number changes, or kit updates that occur after the printing process.
Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item sent was faulty or incorrect.
Lost Shipments: Sunnychang is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We strongly recommend using insured and tracked shipping.

🛡️ Resend Policy (Special for Sizing Issues)

We know that choosing the right size can be tricky between “Player Version” and “Fan Version.”
If you ordered the wrong size:
You don’t need to ship the original jersey back to us! To save you time and high international return shipping costs, we offer a Sizing Resend Service. Simply pay a flat shipping fee, and we will send you the same jersey in the correct size.

🚫 Return Abuse Policy

To ensure fair prices for all football fans, Sunnychang monitors return activity. Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or misuse of this policy may result in account review, suspension of return privileges, or refusal of future transactions.

🌍 International Returns

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with returning an item.
Processing Time: Please allow extra time for international return logistics to reach our facility.
