1. USER ACCOUNT

  • Data Accuracy: Customers must provide valid and accurate information, including consignee names, shipping addresses, and payment details.

  • Customs Documentation: In certain countries, customs may require the consignee to submit an ID or passport for package clearance. You are solely responsible for providing accurate data to Sunnychang. We are not responsible for delivery failures or seizures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

2. ORDERING & PRICING

  • Accuracy: While we strive for absolute accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, errors may occasionally occur. Sunnychang reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if an error is discovered. In such cases, we will contact you with an explanation and a corrected offer.

  • Invitation to Treat: Information on this Site constitutes an “invitation to treat” rather than a binding offer. The contract between Sunnychang and the customer is confirmed only upon the dispatch of the goods.

  • Quantity Limits: Due to high demand or supply constraints, we reserve the right to limit the number of items available for purchase per customer or per order, even after an order has been placed.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

  • Pre-Shipping: Customers may request an order cancellation at any time before the item has been processed for shipping. Please contact our customer service team immediately for such requests.

  • Post-Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, changed, or rerouted.

  • Customized Items: Orders for jerseys with custom names, numbers, or patches cannot be canceled once the printing process has begun.

  • Receipt of Goods: Upon receiving the package, our Return & Exchange Policy comes into effect.
